Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following terms:

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Items may be returned within seven days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • [e.g., Sale items or final sale products]

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at simplyworthher@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without this number.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchange: You can exchange items for a different size, color, or style within seven days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. If the exchanged item is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference.

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item. Simply Worth H.E.R. will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for items returned within seven days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged).

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is returned in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at simplyworthher.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will offer a full refund or exchange.

5. How to Return an Item

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags and inserts.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the following address:

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that we receive the item.

7. Final Sale Items

  • All final sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please check the product description for items marked as "Final Sale."
